Meet Dr. Marcus

Dr. Marcus was born and raised in Miami, Florida. He attended Appalachian State University for his undergraduate studies before earning his dental degree from the University of Tennessee. He then completed a General Practice Residency at New York Medical College, followed by six years in private practice in Upstate New York.

Dr. Marcus chose dentistry because it combines two things he has always loved: art and science. For him, dentistry is about much more than treating teeth. It’s about helping people feel confident in their smiles and comfortable in the dental chair.

One of his biggest goals is to change the way people feel about going to the dentist. He wants his patients to know that the dental office doesn’t have to be a place of anxiety or fear. Instead, it can be a place where you feel welcomed, cared for, and maybe even have a little fun.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Marcus enjoys spending time with his two children, playing basketball, golfing, and, when he’s not pretending to be productive, playing online games with his friends.

Most importantly, he also believes there has been a gaping void of fun and wildly attractive dentists in the world, and he’s doing his part to make that void a little smaller.
